British Airways have gone back on their original decision regarding business class check in at the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow, and are now going to create a dedicated check in area for passengers of B.A.’s Club World and Club Europe cabins.

Originally the plan was for these business travellers to either check in at home or to use a self service kiosk once at the terminal. However, after customer feedback, British Airways decided that a separate area would offer the best service for these passengers. They are also looking at speeding up security checks for business passengers, as well as opening another Business Lounge to improve the level of service currently provided at Terminal 5.
